Des Moines, IA – In response to breaking news from NOTUS that Ashley Hinson’s husband “held a government affairs post at a leading insurance industry lobbying group” and “helped arrange meetings with Hinson and other Iowa congressional delegation members,” U.S. Senate candidate Josh Turek released the following statement: 

“This is exactly the kind of shady, self-serving behavior that Iowans are sick and tired of. I’m running to clean up the corruption in Washington because Iowans deserve a U.S. Senator who works for them, not special interests and insiders. Time and again, Hinson has voted to hurt Iowans to enrich herself and her friends – Iowa deserves better.”
