Nathan Sage Endorses Josh Turek for U.S. Senate

Sage becomes the second candidate to exit the race and support Turek

Mason City, IA – Today, Nathan Sage endorsed Josh Turek for U.S. Senate. 

“I got into this race because I am tired of hearing the same broken promises from career politicians who are more interested in cozying up to corporate power than in making people’s lives better. Washington is made up of 98% generational wealth, only 2% come from the working class, and we wonder why they don’t know the first thing about the real struggles of putting food on the table or affording rent next month – that needs to change. I am supporting Josh because he comes from the same kind of working class family I do, and it’s time we have more folks like us in Washington,” said Nathan Sage. 

Sage joins Rep. J.D. Scholten as the second former candidate in this race to coalesce around Josh, evidence of mounting support and momentum behind his campaign. Last week, a poll released by Change Research showed Josh as the only candidate tied with Ashley Hinson at 46%.

Nathan and I share a deep commitment to putting the working class first, because we know what it’s like to struggle and we know that for too long, Washington has not worked for the middle class and our workers.
