NEW: Josh Turek Announces Statewide “Team Iowa Tour”

In a continuation of his “go everywhere” strategy, Josh will spend the summer criss-crossing the state and meeting with Iowans across the political spectrum

Des Moines, IA – Today, Josh Turek announced the launch of his “Team Iowa Tour.” The statewide summer tour will include dozens of stops from river to river as Josh continues his “go everywhere” strategy that he has become known for. Josh will meet Iowans where they are – from county fairs to summer camps to farms to pharmacies – to hear directly from folks about how corrupt politicians like Ashley Hinson have failed them and their communities.

“Everywhere I go, I hear that Iowans are hurting right now, and it’s because multimillionaire Ashley Hinson has repeatedly chosen to sell out Iowans in order to make herself and her billionaire donors richer. That’s not the Iowa way. I know that here in Iowa, there is so much more that unites us than divides us. We’re all on the same team, and Iowans deserve a U.S. Senator who will put Iowa and Iowans first, always — and that is exactly what I will do in the U.S. Senate,” said Josh Turek.

Born and raised in a working class family in Council Bluffs, Josh understands what struggling Iowans are feeling right now because he’s lived it. That’s why he is running for the U.S. Senate. In contrast, Ashley Hinson is an out-of-touch multimillionaire who has gotten up to ten times wealthier since she was first elected to Congress just six years ago. Iowans across the political spectrum are tired of corrupt career politicians like Ashley Hinson who are more focused on enriching themselves and their donors than fighting for hardworking Iowans.

The tour will kick off with a launch event in Cedar Rapids, with additional events to be advised.
