New Poll Shows Josh Turek TIED with Ashley Hinson

Change Research poll shows Turek as the only Democratic candidate even with Hinson to win this seat

Des Moines, IA – Today, a poll released by Change Research shows Josh Turek tied with Ashley Hinson at 46%. Of the three Democratic Primary candidates, Turek is the only one who is on par with Hinson after respondents are given additional information about all candidates.

“Iowa is in play this year, and don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. I’m the only Democrat in this primary who can beat Ashley Hinson and flip this seat. Momentum is on our side, and we’ll keep putting in the work to give Iowans a Senator who fights for them,” said four-time Paralympian and state representative Josh Turek.

Turek is the only candidate in the Democratic Primary who has ever run against a Republican, let alone beaten one. He is the Democrat that represents the reddest district won in 2024 and overperformed Harris by 13 points, 50% better than any other Democrat in the state of Iowa.
