We need your help to get Josh’s name on the ballot! Follow the steps below or email info@turek4iowa.com if you have any questions.

1. Print the Nominating Petition Form by downloading it HERE.
2. Fill in the County where you’ll be collecting signatures. THIS IS IMPORTANT! There is a blank space in the “Required For Federal and Statewide Petitions” section to add the name of the county. Each petition page must contain signatures from only one county.
3. Go collect signatures! Any eligible voter can sign the nominating petition as long as:
   1. They live in the county listed at the top of the form
   2. Are a U.S. citizen
   3. Are an Iowa resident
   4. At least 18 years old
4. Make sure each person:
   1. Gives their signature
   2. Completes their address. PO Boxes are not accepted on this form.
   3. Dates their signature and address
